I was looking for RFFE 1.8V to 1.2V logic level translator since the BOM is
1.8V only logic while the slave is 1.2V only.
besides the problem of such a part not being available, for time being If a
simple resistive voltage divider is used are there any known issues with
this approach.
like rise-time degradation ?

Never mind, it works for Single ended signals but not for bidirectional.
