[SI-LIST] On Chip PI

Dear SI-Listers,
I am wondering if PI (Power Integrity) z-profile has any meaning if goes up
to Nyquist frequency.
I know it is genrally much lower than that.
But some says ip to Nyquist.
Could anyone help/share/advise on this to learn from?
